回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體的(de)(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往(wang)復折流后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一步的行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的。
