回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構(gou),增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理的配套措施(shi),使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為(wei)套(tao)疊在一(yi)起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機工作(zuo)時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行進式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退(tui)一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行進方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行進,達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進行充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
