大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的。
