回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增加(jia)(jia)入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗(hao)僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總(zong)長(chang)度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料由供(gong)料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
