三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部(bu)分由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其(qi)筒體外形總長(chang)度(du)約(yue)為與之相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由(you)(you)此完成干(gan)燥目(mu)的。
