回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒式烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮(suo)短(duan)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入(ru)內至外筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
