回轉式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構(gou),增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再(zai)加上密封、保溫以(yi)及(ji)合理(li)的(de)配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結(jie)構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套(tao)疊在(zai)(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥,由此(ci)完成干燥目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
