回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依(yi)次(ci)進入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
