三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用(yong)。其(qi)筒體外形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的。
