回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)(de)(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的(de)(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
