三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
