三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了(le)干燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到(dao)干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
