回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形(xing)總長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng)(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
