回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘干(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘干(gan)時間,再(zai)加上密封、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力(li)與原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流后(hou),充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總(zong)長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
