回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘干(gan)(gan)機改(gai)進原(yuan)單筒烘干(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的(de)預烘干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機內烘干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理(li)(li)的(de)配套(tao)措(cuo)施(shi),使烘干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進、運行參數合(he)理(li)(li),操(cao)作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入內至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由(you)(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的。
