回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截(jie)面得到充分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由此完(wan)成(cheng)干燥目的(de)(de)。
