三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
