回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再加上密封、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合理(li)的(de)(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒體的截面得到(dao)充分的利用。其(qi)筒體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
