回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干燥效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有達到干燥效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干燥,由此(ci)完成干燥目的(de)(de)。
