產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
