三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)(you)吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
