煤粉灰烘干機是煤粉經(jing)高溫(wen)燃(ran)燒后形成(cheng)的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的(de)(de)發電(dian)廠將煤(mei)磨成(cheng)(cheng)100微(wei)米以下(xia)的(de)(de)煤(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入(ru)爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai),產(chan)生混雜有大量不燃(ran)物的(de)(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到了粉煤(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)灰的(de)(de)化(hua)學組成(cheng)(cheng)與粘土質相似,主要成(cheng)(cheng)分為(wei)二氧化(hua)硅、三氧化(hua)二鋁、三氧化(hua)二鐵、氧化(hua)鈣和(he)未(wei)燃(ran)盡碳。
工(gong)作原理
濕(shi)粉(fen)煤灰由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)三層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan), 粉(fen)煤灰在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),完成干(gan)燥(zao)過程。
