回(hui)轉(zhuan)式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干和延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產能力(li)與(yu)原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產(chan)品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時(shi),物料(liao)和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用(yong)熱(re)能(neng)烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)(yu)托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原(yuan)理
