回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構(gou),增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再(zai)加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合理的配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的單(dan)筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流(liu)(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到充(chong)分(fen)(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
