回轉式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的預(yu)烘干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加上密(mi)封、保(bao)溫以及合理的配套措(cuo)施(shi),使(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊(die)在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后(hou),充分利(li)用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
