大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒體(ti)的截面得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)的利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)(yu)托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱風作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)(fen)干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
