回轉式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)干機改進(jin)原單筒烘(hong)干機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干機生產能力(li)與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單可行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個行業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料(liao)(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承,由(you)電機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
