大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件(jian)的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自(zi)重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
