回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘干機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預(yu)烘干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘干時(shi)間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套(tao)措施,使烘干機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘干機(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依(yi)次(ci)進入內(nei)至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流后,充分利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)(xia)不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)(xia)快速行進(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內進(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
