大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈進兩步退一步的行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱量,同時又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
