三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
