三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的熱量(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能(neng)快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
