大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的。
