產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減(jian)少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
