三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形(xing)總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
