回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和(he)延長濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的(de)(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行參數(shu)合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)和(he)熱(re)(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒,沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而(er)不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
