產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次(ci)進(jin)入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充(chong)分利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)(du)地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng)(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
