回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部結(jie)構(gou),增加入機前(qian)濕料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生(sheng)產能(neng)力(li)與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強(qiang)度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參(can)數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)(wai)形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料和(he)熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的(de)(de)(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒體外形總長度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)(de)(de)單(dan)筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
