三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶動(dong)(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
