回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘干機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊(die)在一起的(de)(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘干物(wu)(wu)料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
