回(hui)轉式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)(jin)原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準(zhun)煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)(jin)、運行參(can)數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒體改為套疊(die)在一(yi)起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
