回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能(neng)烘干(gan)物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和(he)廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單(dan),為便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
