大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒體外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
