大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內進行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
