回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘干機改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘干機內部結構,增加入(ru)機前(qian)濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時(shi)間,再(zai)加上密封、保溫(wen)以(yi)及(ji)合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘干機相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體的外(wai)形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou)(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷地(di)被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
