回轉式三(san)筒烘干機(ji)改進(jin)原單筒烘干機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預烘干和延(yan)長(chang)濕料在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘干時間(jian),再(zai)加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)配套措施(shi),使烘干機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單筒式烘干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改為(wei)套(tao)疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由(you)三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干燥目的(de)。
