回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒烘干機改(gai)進(jin)原單筒烘干機內部(bu)結構,增加入機前濕料(liao)的預烘干和(he)延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式(shi)(shi)烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡(jian)單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用(yong)。其筒體外(wai)形總(zong)長(chang)度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
