回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒式烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后(hou)(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
