回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個(ge)行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘干機(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單(dan)筒烘干機(ji)的(de)(de)單(dan)筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的(de)(de)三筒,以縮(suo)短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利(li)用(yong)熱能烘干物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為(wei)與(yu)之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
