回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增加入(ru)機前(qian)濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延(yan)長(chang)濕(shi)料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再(zai)加上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生(sheng)產能(neng)力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊(die)在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往(wang)復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和(he)廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
